Workmatch Platform Privacy Policy
By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Privacy Policy. Please read through before using our website or services.
Introduction
IribaMaps Inc. (“Company,” “We,” or “Our”) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.
This Privacy Policy describes the types of information We may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit, use, or interact with the Workmatch platform, whether accessible by Our website located at www.workmatch.com, the Workmatch app, or otherwise (the “Platform”), as well as Our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
This Privacy Policy applies to information that We collect:
- on or through the Website; and
- in email, text, and other electronic messages between you and this Website or Company.
It does not apply to information collected by:
- Company offline or through any other means, including on any other website or application operated by Company or any third party; or

Your access to, use of, or interaction with the Platform after We make changes to this Privacy Policy is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.
Children Under the Age of 16
The Platform is not intended for children under 16 years of age. No one under age 16 may provide any personal information on, to, or through the Platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 years of age.
If you are under age 16, do not provide any information on the Platform, register to use the Platform, use the Platform or any of its features, or provide any information about yourself to Company, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address.
If We learn that we have collected or received personal information from a child under age 16 without verification of parental consent, We will delete that information. If you believe We might have any information from or about a child under age 16, please contact us at compliance@workmatch.com.
Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It
We collect several types of information from and about users of the Platform, including information:
- by which you may be personally identified, such as name, address, telephone number, email address, current place of employment, prior place of employment, through your responses to prompts and questions, and your interaction with and completion of training or activities within the Platform;
- that is about you but individually does not identify you, such as through your responses to prompts and questions and your interaction with and completion of training or activities within the Platform, or the Census block within which your address is located; and/or
- about your internet connection, the equipment you use to access, use, and interact with the Platform, and usage details.

For certain End Users, including job seekers, We use your mobile phone number to send you text messages for logging into your account in the form of one-time-use passcodes (OTPs). You cannot opt out of these and other transactional messages because you initiate them (request them) when you create an account or log into your account.
We may also use your information to contact you about Our own and third-parties’ goods and services that may be of interest to you. If you do not want us to use your information in this way, please reply “STOP” to any text message that We send to you or use the unsubscribe link in any email that We send you. You may also opt out of non-transactional text message in your user account settings.

We may disclose aggregated information about Our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction. This may include, without limitation, providing aggregated user analytics that help businesses and employers better understand the audiences with whom they may want to connect or the behavior of employees or prospective employees in specific geographic areas.

- to Our subsidiaries and affiliates;

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information that you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:
- Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of the Platform may then be inaccessible or not function properly.
We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) on the NAI’s website.

You may also send us an email at compliance@workmatch.com to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. Please note, however, that We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. Also, We may not accommodate a request to change information if We believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

Your state privacy rights
State consumer privacy laws may provide their residents with additional rights regarding our use of their personal information. Also, California's “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of Our Platform that are California residents to request certain information regarding Our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Data Security
We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although We do Our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to or through the Platform. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Platform.
Additionally, the safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where We have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of the Platform, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
